OVERVIEW

Cora Romania has opened at the end of 2012 a shopping center in Bacau, first owned by theretailer in Moldova, following an investment of 42 million Euro. The center has a built area of about 51,000 sq m, includes a hypermarket of 7,600 sq m, a gallery of 6,100 sq m with 37 shops, 725 parking spaces, office spaces for rent and a building with eight apartments, also for rent. Cora Bacau is located in a shopping center that is part of the new generation of environmentally certified buildings.
