OVERVIEW

At the end of 2016, Conarg AG started construction of a residential building with ground floor, eight upper floors, basement and two levels of underground parking. The project is located in the city center, near Victoria Square and Bucharest North Railway Station.
Within this project Conarg AG is responsible for constructing the reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced concrete infrastructure and superstructure composed of structural walls, columns and beams, and also for the architectural works and interior design. The 9 million project requires an execution period of 16 months.
