Conarg designed and built “Rasarit de soare” residential compound totaling 84,500 sq m built area. The project was delivered in August 2009, following an 18 months construction period.

“Rasarit de soare” comprises 988 units of 1 to 4 rooms and is located in one of the most populated areas of Bucharest, Titan neighborhood. The condominium also provides 415 underground parking places and 351 exterior parking places, totaling 13,766 sq m.
