OVERVIEW

CEZ Office Building is a Class A five floors building, located in a semi-central area of Pitesti city, at the intersection Str. Craiova with Str. Darzu. The building structure is concrete and gypsum walls. On the top floor is a well-designed terrace. The interiors are made of high quality building materials such as marble, granite, tile and carpet. The walls are covered with washable paint and the bathrooms are paved with tiles. The exterior carpentry is made of aluminum with double-glazing. Interior joinery is made of wooden and glass. The building has an air filtering system, video surveillance system and air conditioning.
