OVERVIEW
Honeywell FM Factory is an industrial and logistic construction with a total area of 15,000 sq m and 9,000 sq m of roads and platforms, located in Aricesti Rahtivani, Prahova. The project was delivered in October 2012.
Conarg was responsible with the electrical system of the project, which included:
- Installation of electrical power (phase one) - 7MW
- Medium Voltage (20kV)
- Power supply redundancy - 14 x 24kV/600A medium voltage cells & 4 (+3) x 2000kVA20/0.4kV dry transformers
- Switchboards 4 x MDB/3200A, 31 x SDB & EDB
- 1 x 40kVA + 1 x 1 kVAUPS
- 1000kVA Genset
- 2h CBS Emergency lighting
- Atx electrical installation in 300sqm x 24m high
- Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator BMS system - 6 x cabinet (100 x 180), 119 analogic, 305 digital
- Esser fire detection system, Fire Alarm ClientPC~400 fire smoke detectors & 12 barriers with remote control & automatic installation off firefighting in servers rooms
- Esser Sound & Public address voice alarm ENsystem
- Anti-burglary & CCTV system (integration)
- Control access system (integration)
- Systymax structure cabling system - 8 cabinets
- Simens - Tracking system energy consumption for 2 production lines & auxiliaries
Conarg implemented also the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system:
- Dust removal plant: 160,000 mc/h
- Direct removal from production machinery
- Heating by CT plant
- Boiler and gas burner; heating in production area with fan heaters
- Cooling in industrial area - CTA + chillers (ducting and vent grids)
- Compressed air for production area
