OVERVIEW

Titan is one of the largest manufacturers on the milling and bakery market, controlled by LLI Euromills, a subsidiary of the Austrian group Raiffeisen, which paid about 55 mln. Euros for 97.6% stake in one of the most large transactions on the food market in Romania.
After they took control of the company, the Austrians have developed significant investments. The company has modernized production lines, and in 2010 inaugurated a new rolls factory in Cernica near Bucharest, where are produced 275 million rolls per year for McDonald's.
