OVERVIEW

Conarg AG was assigned as General Contractor for a new commercial project – Bega Business Center. The new mixed –used project will have a gross build area of 21,850 sqm, a regime height of B+GF+7F+Technical Floor and 126 parking spaces with a green area of 10,000 sqm. Within this project Conarg AG is responsible for constructing the reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced concrete infrastructure and superstructure composed of structural walls, columns and beams. The construction works will last 10 months and involved an investment of over 4.5 million Euro.
