OVERVIEW

NEPI, the owner of City Park Mall, designated CONARG to realize the design and execution for the extinction of the retail and shopping gallery located in Constanta. The retail premise, with a total investment value of 9,000,000 Euro, has a height regime of U2 + U1 + GF + F1 (4 levels) and a built area of 47,987 sq m.

Conarg executed the installation works embedded in slab (sewerage, electrical installation, earth connection). The reinforced concrete structure was made up of poured and precast concrete monolith.
