Conarg AG is the general contractor of Victoriei Office Building

Conarg AG has been assigned as general contractor for the construction works of Victoriei Office Building, property of NEPI. Completion and opening of the new office scheme are planned for Q1 2016.

The project comprises the consolidation of the existing building, Casa Oromolu, a 3 floors building of 1,154 sq m, semi-basement and 2 floors above ground, designated a Historical Monument and a new office building of 15,650 sq m total GBA, consisting of 3 floors below ground for car parking, ground floor and 3 more floors above ground, destined for prime offices.

The landmark building is situated on a land of 4,450 sq m between Strada Paris and Bulevardul Aviatorilor on Victoriei Square in Bucharest.

The main facade of the new built is a decorative double curved structural laminated glass with a secondary interior thermal glass facade. The offices are to be fitted out as Class A+ with raised access floors and suspended ceilings, lighting level of 650 lux.
