Nike is a innovative, special company and brand. The company was founded in 1962 by Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight called Blue Ribbon Sports and was one of the first companies that have made special shoes for athletes. In 1972, Nike name was adopted after the winged goddess of victory, according to Greek mythology, and Nike brand logo called "swoosh" is goddess’s right wing. Nike brand has officially entered Romania in 1999 when Elmec Romania opened the first Nike store on Magheru Bvd. Currently, Nike store network includes 24 stores opened across the country.

Conarg AG executed refurbishing works for Nike store in AFI Palace Cotroceni consisting in demolition of existing walls and ceilings, modifying electrical paths, building walls, shop windows and the entrance portal, ceramic tiles, flooring and lighting installations.
