Conarg AG is getting close to the completion of the construction works for a large project in 2 Ion Câmpineanu Street, downtown Bucharest. The 5,000 sq m building is property of Elmec Romania – a subsidiary of Folli Follie Group – Greece.

The project, located in one of the capital’s highest profile areas, consists of the reconstruction of the building and its transformation into a modern retail and offices centre, maintaining the authentic elements and the building facades’ original architecture details.

Conarg AG has been assigned as general contractor for the construction works of Victoriei Office Building, property of NEPI. Completion and opening of the new office scheme are planned for Q1 2016.

The project comprises the consolidation of the existing building, Casa Oromolu, a 3 floors building of 1,154 sq m, semi-basement and 2 floors above ground, designated a Historical Monument and a new office building of 15,650 sq m total GBA, consisting of 3 floors below ground for car parking, ground floor and 3 more floors above ground, destined for prime offices.
